A Siberian Fir Foot Soak

Siberian Fir is an essential oil that is known to alleviate muscle pain AND stress. Win-win in one little oil!

Instructions:

1. Fill a small foot tub up with hot water.
2. Add 5-10 drops of Siberian Fir.
3. Mix in a handful of Epsom salt.
4, Enjoy your Siberian Fir Foot Soak as all of the stress melts away!
