Ginger is a powerhouse that many people do not know about.
When you start experiencing pain the first thing you start knocking back is some sort of over-the-counter pain reliever. We’ve all been there. Whether it’s a little bit of pain in the knees or hips or an aching feeling in our back. Ibuprofen becomes our best friend.
Unfortunately too much Ibuprofen can negatively impact our bodies and guts in the long run. Pain relief medication can actually damage our stomach causing gut issues. Ultimately, in the long run this can further the pain we experience in our bodies.

And, no. You do not have to gnaw on a piece of ginger root throughout the day to reap the benefits it has.
Simply incorporate a tsp of ginger in your daily diet and over the course of a couple of weeks you will begin to receive the benefits of ginger. You can add ginger into your tea, smoothies or even fry up some veggies with it!
