Each year there are those few weeks that are just so stressful and busy- it seems almost impossible to get any self-care in to reduce your stress. Here are four quick + easy ways to reduce your stress and give yourself a little bit of self-care when you need it, because you deserve it!
1. Take a short walk, run, or just get in a little bit of activity. Exercising helps you feel better and just has so MANY incredible benefits for your body. Even if you just take a short 15 minute walk it will help to clear your mind AND give your body some exercise. 2. Take a hot bath! Just soak away in a tub and escape to 30 minutes of paradise. Add essential oils, such as lavender, chamomile, or marjoram, and Epsom salt for some extra stress reducing! 3. 10 minutes to yourself Okay, i’m serious this one can help to make a WORLD of difference. Take 10 minutes to yourself, to journal, meditate, read, or just practice breathing techniques. 4. Get a massage Massages are one of the BEST ways to reduce stress.
